Omid Alborz production and service collections
In 1963, Alireza Rostami founded a business that you know as Omid Alborz Steel and Aluminium Complex now.
2004, Alireza’s sons added a new chapter in their family business in the field of steel by purchasing the Omid Alborz Pipe and Profile Factory located in Eshtehard Industrial Town and entered the field of production in addition to trading and cutting. In the following years, the production area was developed, and in 2018, the hot rolling factory of Dehshir Steel and in 2019, the aluminium foil and sheet production factory were added to the production capacities of this complex.
Omid Alborz Aluminium Complex
This complex was built in 2019 in three phases. In the first phase, aluminium foils with a thickness of 5.5 to 300 microns are produced. In the second phase, cold rolled aluminium sheets with a thickness of 0.3 to 6 mm are produced. In the third phase, casting coils with a thickness of 6 to 10 mm are produced. The alloys produced by this factory include alloy groups 1000, 3000 and 8000 and products based on standards BS EN 546-2 And BS EN 573-3 are produced. Currently, this factory is the only producer of aluminium foils with a thickness of less than 10 microns in Iran and produces the highest quality products for packaging food, medicine, health and other industrial applications.
Omid Alborz Pipe and Profile Factory
This factory was established in 2003 and now it produces steel pipes and profiles by roll forming and ERW direct welding. This factory has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of pipes and profiles. The primary material used is steel coils with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm and it is produced according to the national standard of Iran with numbers 17003-1 , 17003-2 , 3293 and 7336.
Dehshir manufacturing and industrial complex
This production unit was opened in 2003 in Yazd province. In 2020, this production unit was bought by Rostami brothers and with the motto of quality improvement, product development and employment development, they updated all its basic infrastructure. Currently, this factory with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of LNP and UNP steel is being produced by hot rolling method and with ISIRI standard numbers 4477-1 and 13968-1.
Parsian cutting service center
The provision of steel sheet cutting services in this complex is 30 years old and this service is now provided at the Parsian Cutting Service Center located in Tehran, Old Qom Road, “60 Meteri Shorabad” Street. This Center is one of the most well-known and famous cutting works in Tehran, and the service of unrolling steel sheets with a thickness of 0.30 to 10 mm and a width of up to 180 cm and any desired length is provided. Also, in this center, all kinds of thick steel sheets with a thickness of 10 to 200 mm are offered with reliable brands.
